Dr. Williams is an active teacher and attending physician/surgeon at Wills Eye Hospital, and is an innovator in the field of healthcare management, and patient advocacy.

His background includes 35 years of founding and leading innovative medical and device and software companies including those in telehealth and vision and hearing science.

Her focus is on creating a strategic product vision, delivering an efficient and intuitive client experience and designing the company infrastructure. She brings 20 years of Johnson & Johnson consumer healthcare businesses expertise, including organizational design, Six Sigma methodology, and cross-functional, product launch management.

Diana is a senior advisor impacting the business development strategy for OnPace+. Diana brings numerous years of experience building high performing teams focused on business development, process re-engineering and marketing strategy. Diana is passionate about challenging the status quo and ensuring that the critical mission of the OnPace+ organization is fulfilled.

With extensive experience in finance, business development, and marketing, Terrence is a thought leader charged with helping to develop, communicate, execute, and sustain the strategic initiatives for OnPace+. His vast professional network of influential business leaders further strengthens his role in cultivating synergetic business partnerships and opportunities. As a key advisor to the CEO, Terrence helps ensure that the corporate strategy is translated into action at all levels.

Dr. Pyfer is board certified in ophthalmic surgery by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He specializes in state-of-the-art refractive and cataract surgery. Mark serves on the teaching faculty of Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, and has published numerous scientific papers and abstracts related to his research on topics such as quality of vision after cataract and refractive surgery, surgical treatment of glaucoma, ocular blood flow and computer-enhanced image processing.

Sara has 20+ years’ experience in Ophthalmology specializing in billing and insurance. She has an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and was Chief Operating Officer at Willis Eye in Philadelphia. Sara has extensive experience revenue cycle management and Electronic Health Record technology.
